Full Service From FIRST STROKE to Graduation

A 360 Degree Process — The process starts when an athlete starts rowing, and planning can begin as early as freshman year of high school. We cover men’s recruitment, communication, college visits, and the requirements for college placement. We also cover rowing technique, rowing fitness, and racing performance.

IDentification of Target Schools

Top 5 — Narrow the schools of interest to five, according to athletic performance fit, academic fit, and the family's financial expectation.

Communication with Schools

Polished — We help you put your best foot forward when it comes to communication: what to say and how to say it; how to write a quality test or email; and how to be prompt.

Recruiting Call Preparation

Clear Voice — We make sure you're prepared to ace any recruiting call. This includes prepping you with the right research, including which topics will be covered and what types of questions you can expect.

Official and Unofficial visitS

Eye Test — Making a great first impression is imperative when a prospective student-athlete visits a campus and meets the entire squad. We'll make sure you know what to expect.

Rowing Resume & Video Creation

Put Yourself Out There — A rowing resume and video can be helpful to the recruitment process. Show your best rowing from a positive angle and impress recruiters.

Rowing Development & Positive Coaching

Goal Setting — Whether you have six months of three years, setting appropriate, attainable goals are required. We'll help you set those goals and positively coach you throughout your journey.

Rower Performance Tracking

Plan & Improve — We'll assist you by creating customized training journey, tracking your workouts, and adding weekly positive motivation to improve overall performance and experience.

Forward planning, personalized communication, and a 360-degree view of the college recruitment process is the goal of Strokewise.
